JOLIET AND GARY CANCELLED ON SUNDAY

 

GARY, IN-The Joliet JackHammers and Gary SouthShore RailCats were rained out at U.S. Steel Yard on Sunday afternoon. The RailCats did not announce a make-up date for the game so the contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader at a later date. The JackHammers will conclude their season-long 10-game road trip in Kansas City for a brief two-game series with the T-Bones, which begins on Monday night at 7:00 p.m.

 

LHP Brian Forystek (1-2, 3.65) will make the start for the JackHammers against RHP Reid Hamblet (1-1, 8.83) for the T-Bones. Pre-game coverage begins at 6:45 p.m. on AM 1340 WJOL and online at www.jackhammerbaseball.com.
