Riversharks' Landscaping Company Donating All Materials for Field

CAMDEN, NJ- The Riversharks are happy to announce their front office staff will be aiding in the building of a baseball field in conjunction with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, it was announced Tuesday.  All materials for the field are being donated by Elite Landscaping, which serves Campbell's Field for all its needs. 

The announcement of the field comes on the heels of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition breaking ground for a new house for the Marrero family of Camden.  The new home is being built in Pennsauken, just minutes away from their original home.  The popular ABC network primetime series helps families in need around the country, and the Marrero family was recently highlighted in a 20/20 Special about Camden families.

Riversharks general manager Adam Lorber, along with other front office staff members, will be helping with the construction and building of the field, along with helping out with the building of the home.

"We are really excited to be involved with this great project, and it will be great to see our staff interacting with the pros from Extreme Makeover and Elite Landscaping," Lorber said.

The Sharks staff, along with Elite and other volunteers, will be heading to the baseball field area Thursday, August 2 at 10am.
