OTTERS OFFENSE SHUT DOWN

Evansville, IN – Evansville's offense was silent again tonight, and the
Otters (32-58) lost for the 13th time in the last 14 games by a final of
8-1. Miners' (45-45) starter Chris Little (7-7) who threw a complete
game, striking out six, dominated Evansville, who's batting average in the
last 14 games dropped to .201. Otters' starter Stephen Obenchain (0-1)
threw seven innings, allowed six runs, four of them earned, on 12 hits,
striking out seven. Evansville is back in action tomorrow night against
the Western Division Champion Gateway Grizzlies tomorrow night at 7:05 at
GCS Ballpark in Sauget, Illinois.
