JACKHAMMERS AND RAILCATS RAINED OUT ON THURSDAY NIGHT

GARY, IN-The Joliet JackHammers and Gary SouthShore Railcats were rained out on Thursday night at U.S. Steel Yard due to torrential rains in the Chicagoland area. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader between the two clubs at U.S. Steel Yard on Friday night.

Nate Sevier (11-3, 4.85) takes the hill for the JackHammers against Travis Kerber (6-6, 4.47) for the RailCats in game one of the doubleheader. James Garcia (0-2, 5.40) gets the start for the JackHammers against Steve Edsall (2-3, 5.06) for the RailCats in game two. The first pitch is at 5:30 p.m. and radio coverage begins at 5:15 p.m. on AM 1340 WJOL and online at www.jackhammerbaseball.com.
