Evansville, IN – The Otters offense was shut down tonight on another
pitching gem by an opposing pitcher, this time it was Josh Bruns, who
threw a complete game, allowing just two runs, both of them on solo
homeruns by JC Field. Field finished with half of Evansville's hits, as
Bruns cruised, allowing just one walk, and striking out five. Mike
Greenhouse threw a spectacular game, going seven innings, allowing just
one run on seven hits, walking one and striking six. The Otters are back
in action tomorrow night at 7:05 in game two of this three game set at
Bosse Field.
